First Steps

Take a pen and a paper (yes, still one of the best tools even in 21st century) and draft a flow of every stage of your business - client acquisition (welcome sequence), conversion, fulfillment (providing access to membership area, sending invoice), post-purchase follow up (reviews), etc. And think about which of these steps can be automated. I am sure you will find a lot of them. Saving you hours every week (if not every day).

A lot of people link automation with robotics, they are afraid that when they don't write the email straight away, the message won't feel personal and it will damage their relationship to the client. That is not true, you still will write the email, you can still put a piece of yourself into every email that will be sent out, it will still help you building the relationship without you having to think about it. Just free your mind off these recurring tasks and focus on growing your business instead.
